Conducting a current state analysis with respect to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues forms the foundation and initial phase of tangible corporate responsibility efforts. The first step for corporate responsibility work

In the current state analysis, a company’s impacts on people, the environment, and society are determined. The goal is to minimize and prevent negative impacts (footprint). Once this foundation is established, it’s also important to focus on the company’s positive impacts (handprint).

During the current state analysis, we:

  • Identify negative impacts, risks, and key responsibility issues related to the company's operations.
  • Clarify positive impacts of the company's activities and opportunities related to corporate responsibility.

Roadmap: Following the current state analysis, we can specify concrete and prioritized corporate responsibility actions to realize the benefits of corporate responsibility.

We help companies define their impacts and risks across all areas of corporate responsibility, including social, environmental, and economic aspects. Depending on the needs of the company, the analysis can cover all or specific aspects of corporate responsibility. If a comprehensive analysis and/or roadmap covering all areas of corporate responsibility are required, environmental responsibility assessment will be conducted in collaboration with a partner.
