The content of these packages includes, for example:
- The national laws of the countries where the company operates establish the minimum legal obligations.
- The European Union's increasing regulatory standards have elevated mandatory compliance for companies in Europe and set a new benchmark for corporate sustainability.
- Responsible companies take into account also the globally accepted sustainability guidelines under international law, such as the UN Global Compact, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Special training packages: Human rights regulation in the business context
The content takes into account the following elements:
- Human rights as defined by international law norms that bind states, with numerous national laws including human rights elements that legally bind companies. By complying with these laws, a company already partly fulfills its human rights responsibilities.
- The foundation of corporate social responsibility lies in human rights responsibility.
- A company fulfilling the requirements for corporate human rights responsibility adheres to both national laws and international human rights standards relevant to its operations.
- The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights serve as a fundamental tool for corporate human rights responsibility.
- Identification of the specific set of corporate human rights responsibility regulations applicable to the client company.
- Principles of equality and non-discrimination run through human rights norms and are integral in fulfilling also corporate human rights responsibility. These principles are incorporated into national laws in various countries, including in Finland (e.g. the Act on Equality between Women and Men (tasa-arvolaki) and the Non-discrimination Act (yhdenvertaisuuslaki)). This part of the training is also developed in collaboration with a partner.
